Daisy (Rubi) Chavez: Scheduling Coordinator
A lot of my time is spent behind the front desk welcoming everyone with a warm and a caring attitude, taking care of patient’s scheduling needs, answering the phone, and many other office duties that come my way. Our patients are a priority, so I try to be available at all times to assist them in any way I can. I started working at Dr. Silverman’s office in 2015 and I’m so happy to be part of such an excellent practice. We all take pride in our work and come together to form a successful team that strives to help our patients attain a beautiful smile and make each visit one of their best experiences. Even though I am still fairly new, I truly enjoy my position and look forward to many more years with Orthodontic Specialist of Albuquerque . I was born in Mexico and have been in Albuquerque for over 3 years. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends, traveling and shopping.
Crystal Castro – Orthodontic Assistant
I started working with Dr. Silverman over 9 years ago. I assist the doctors in procedures and prepare for procedures with a welcoming smile to all patients. I love the fact that in two years of working on a patient, we can see the progress and final smile that was achieved. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and find it rewarding to work together to achieve a great smile. I love spending time with my son at football practice and games and staying active. I enjoy watching movies and spending time with my family.
Philicia Morris – Orthodontic Assistant
I have been in the field of Orthodontics for over 3 years. I enjoy assisting the doctor with orthodontic procedures and working with a great team of people. It’s a wonderful experience to watch how we can improve peoples’ smiles. I really enjoy working with patients, connecting with them, and learning new things every day. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors.
Fernando Hardy – Assistant
My duties include assisting the doctor, pouring models, helping patients with taking care of their braces and oral hygiene. I’ve been in the Orthodontic field for over 3 years. I love working in Orthodontics because you work more independently and I love working with children. My outgoing personality undeniably helps me to communicate important treatment information with patients. My goal as an Orthodontic Assistant is to help create great smiles every day and help kids realize how important it is to brush and floss. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family.
